Zack spent the last two or three months taking measurements and procuring and preparing parts for our exhaust systems. Happily, all the effort has paid off. We could hardly be more pleased with the results.

We got the 2.5 inch b-pipes from Top End Performance; Zack fabricated the catbacks from off-the-shelf Mandrel bent 2.5 inch aluminized pipes. Some minor crimp bending was required for clearance, but hardly enough to significantly impede flow. This work and the welding was completed at Marc Saady's Magic Muffler in Canarsie, on Saturday the 26th. The b-pipe went in first, in my case attaching to the 2.5 inch Kelly downpipe. The Dynomax 2.5 inch muffler was then hung, and the catback fitted and sealed up. Then the old catback was bolted back in place in order for the new one to be cleaned and coated off the car. Zack coated all the aluminized parts with the indestructible POR-15. By Tuesday it was all done. After sixteen years of inadequate stock and badly modified exhaust systems, Sabrina can finally breathe.

There was initially a clearance problem resulting in contact between the pipes and the sub-frame and swing arm; these issues were satisfatorily addressed by altering the configuration of the hook donuts, and by removing a useless bracket from the underside of the car.
